Your First Visit
Your first appointment usually includes an exam and a review of your treatment options. In most cases, we can begin treatment the same day. If your medical history or treatment plan is more complex, we may need to evaluate first and schedule treatment for a second visit.
What to Bring to Your First Visit
To help your visit go smoothly, please bring:
- A photo ID
- Your dental insurance card
- Any X-rays from a previous dentist, if you have them
- A list of medications you or your child are currently taking
- Any completed insurance forms, so we can help process your claims
IMPORTANT
We welcome patients of all ages, from infants as young as 6 months to adults. Before treatment, please let our office know if you or your child has a medical condition that may be of concern, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, or a history of rheumatic fever, or is currently taking any medications, such as heart medications, aspirin, or blood thinners.
X-Rays
If your dentist or physician has taken recent X-rays, you can ask them to send them to our office. If there isn’t enough time, please pick them up and bring them with you. If you need new X-rays, we can take them here in our office.
